As we embark on our 40-day book journey with the church (40-days of Community), here's what we (Me and Aunty Laysee) decided to do!
Procedures in leading of 40-day book learning:
- We shall all start doing the book PROMPTLY on
- We do one day, each day(:
i.e. 12 April - Day 1, 13 Apr- Day 2, so on.
We will next meet on 19th April (Sun), and discuss week 1 (We're compelled to love God's Family) after FL service.
Here's what YOU are to do!
Each week, we will allocate 7 girls to be in charge of one day each.
For each day you're in-charge of, you should:
1. Summarise the day, picking out its main point.
2. What you learnt/ what stood out most to you
3. How you applied/ can apply it to your life.
SIMPLE AS THAT! This is what we will share on during class after FL. Girls in-charge just share simple 3 points.
For the coming week,
this will be the roster:

Day3 (14 Apr)- Joylynn
Day4 (15 Apr)- Yuin Yuih
Day 5 (16 Apr)- Angelyn
Day 6 (17 Apr)- Jean
Day7 (18 Apr)- Chomel
Do notify me if you cannot fill that spot and try to get the rest to cover for you! Or, you can send me your three points via email (colleenn_@hotmail.com) or sms.
For the rest of the girls, please still do your book each day and come prepared to share about your week in relation to what you've learnt!
Girls, I know it is hard to do every day since you have no habit of doing so. But I urge you to be disciplined this 40 days and stick with a timeslot for God each day! As you slowly learn to rely on God and seek Him, I'm veryvery sure you'll learn alot and begin to be able to trust Him more than anyone or anything else!
